Quezon
City has always been the bustling business district of the north. Aside from the multiple business centers such as UP
TechnoHub and the mall complexes, there are some new things to
discover in this part of town.
SM
North EDSA has been a common fixture in the north for a long time. It
was the first mall opened by SM Prime Holdings and is one of the
biggest malls on Philippine soil. Families from Quezon visit it as
their weekend go-to lunch place, while students from the University
of the Philippines, Quezon Science High School, and the like go there
to unwind or stock up on school supplies.
Right
across the street is TriNoMa, which stands for Triangle North of
Manila. A sprawling mall complex built by Ayala Land, it complements
SM North EDSA as another entertainment, food, and shopping option for
those city types who aren’t satisfied by what SM North has to
offer.
Close
by is a totally new business and lifestyle district named Vertis
North. This hub is the newest project by Ayala Land, Inc. Parts of
Vertis North are still under construction, but there are already
buildings in the area. Notable institutions include the Vertis North
Corporate Center, which acts as office space situated strategically
at the heart of Quezon City. There are also condominiums on the rise
– High Park Residences by Alveo Land and Avida Towers Sola by Avida
Land are there to provide new housing options for people in Quezon
City.
For
accommodation in Quezon City, you don’t need to look farther. One
such option is a hotel in Quezon City, Manila, Philippines called
Seda Vertis North. The biggest and newest landmark in Quezon City,
Seda has 438 comfortable rooms to choose from, displaying minimalist
interiors and gorgeous abstract art from great contemporary Filipino
artists. Seda also has Misto, their own restaurant specializing in
Filipino cuisine. If you’re in town for a short or extended visit,
look no further than Seda and Vertis North for all your
entertainment, accommodation, and business needs.
